All Balmoral culverts are being cleaned in the coming days. Residents are responsible for any culverts on their property.

We have over 26 culverts and several swales throughout Balmoral. These help provide drainage to our roads. Please do not put leaves and other debris in these areas.

PLEASE DO NOT BLOW LEAVES AND OTHER DEBRIS INTO THE CULVERT AREAS. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE ENURE ANYONE DOING LANDSCAPING AND OTHER WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THE CULVERTS AND SWALES.
